In honor of Black History Month and just life, I present to y'all my 2 lastest ballerinas. What's so special about these pieces is the fabric. Both of these fabrics have been in my life for most of my life. The fuchsia print with dots was used in an ensemble my mom made me as a wee lass. The dark floral print has lived in my mom's stash of fabrics probably longer than I've been living lol. Same story for the gold. Whomever these pieces go on to live with, know you will have a piece of me, my mom and just black history in your home. I think that's so dope. You're never just buying from the artist, you're buying into their story. And yes, the skirt is actually a little poofy. 🖤
